WOMEN of NESN

Women of NESN is a sub-brand of New England Sports Network with a focus on women’s sports and women in sports broadcasting. The intent was to develop a brand that was electric and dynamic in order to amplify the programming and its core messages.
I worked on this project from conception to delivery; logo design, brand guidelines, ID animation,
marketing material and template creation for further executions.
BRAND STRATEGY
With WON (Women of NESN) we aimed to create a complete brand package that existed under the network but could also stand on its own. I worked with the employee resource group and content team to develop a brand package that touched all points of our content media extension: linear (on-air), social media, event signage, marketing and sales. For linear broadcast, we developed an opening animation, watermark, lower third graphics and information fullpages.
We also developed a show open and package for “Respect Her Game” the weekly WON vodcast.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media posts were designed to highlight and amplify the stories of women in sports and sports media. We also aimed to direct more women in the field of broadcasting by specific advertising for their careers website.
